Terms & Conditions:
- Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
- Rates do not include taxes (6% state and 4.5% city).
- Weekend rates apply to Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
- Holiday weekends and special holidays may require a 3 night minimum stay.
- Mulitple night reservations may be required.
- Security deposit may be required.
- 1/3 deposit is required to confirm a reservation, balance is due upon arrival.
- Reservations are subject to Management approval.
- Rates valid for advance reservations only, walk-in rates may vary considerably.
- Children 12 and under stay free in room with parents.
- Additional person $10 per adult per night.
- No refunds after check-in, early departures or inclement weather.
- Cash, Visa, Master Card are accepted at check-in.
- No personal checks accepted at check-in (checks or money orders accepted for deposit only 3 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date).
- Confirmation of your reservation is upon receipt.
- We don't accept third party credit cards (the person's name who is on the credit card must be present at check-in with valid photo ID).
- Deposit is refundable only if cancellation occurs 4 weeks before arrival and the apartment is re-rented for the full amount. If the apartment is not re-rented for the full amount, the full deposit will be forfeited.
- Deposit holds room until 7pm on check-in date. If not noted for late arrival, reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. Please advise of late arrivals in advance.
- All units are non-smoking, however smoking is permitted outdoors on your private balcony.
- Sorry, no pets.
